, making us feel comfortable and relaxed while also keeping us on schedule. Her communication was always prompt, informative, and especially helpful when creating our wedding day timeline. The quality of our photos is absolutely gorgeous, they are high quality and beautifully captured. Our favorite images are the candid moments of us laughing, smiling, and dancing because they truly reflect the joy of our day. She has such an incredible eye for capturing every special moment, and the investment was more than worth it. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is also so sweet and professional. I truly can't imagine choosing anyone else to capture our wedding, and I would recommend her to every couple looking for stunning photos and an unforgettable experience.
Let me just start off this review by saying Julia is absolutely incredible and an essential part of your big day! We originally had another photographer lined up for our wedding, b...
ut about 2 months before the wedding that photographer let us know they would not be able to work our wedding. (Insert the angel that is Julia). Julia was the best curveball wedding planning could have thrown at us. She was easy to get ahold of, exceptionally professional, reasonably priced, and very personable — she truly wants each couple to have their own unique experience and capture what makes them “them.” So much so that she wanted to still have an intro session with us prior to the wedding, even though we didn’t need engagement photos at that point, because she wanted to get to know us, our personalities, how we act with a camera on us, what we like/don’t like, etc. and honestly it was absolutely what was needed. It made the wedding less stressful because we knew Julia, she knew us, and it was like we had known her for years.
Julia is a phenomenal photographer seeking out unique shots that aren’t just unique in nature, but unique in a way that is fitting to the couple. She was able to get the perfect balance of refined elegance with the silliness that we wanted to have throughout the reception and wedding party. Her staff is also incredibly professional, attentive, personable, and cohesive like they’ve worked together forever.
Honestly, to cut right to the chase, Julia was the easiest part of our wedding planning and the best choice we made. As a 2025 bride I understand how essential these reviews are to know who to trust, who not to trust, who will actually provide what you are looking for, etc. and Julia, she is that woman. Julia is the only vendor I am writing a review for because I truly believe in her work and the way she conducts business. I will be using her services again when professional photography is needed!!

day of our wedding Julia was great at communicating, professional and easy to work with. She made scheduling a breeze, helped us find a location for our engagement session that suited our style. She even had some pre-made recommendation materials for what to wear and how to set up a timeline which were polished and super helpful’ She was helpful with creating a timeline for the day of the wedding that was conducive to getting the best lighting, and shots that we wanted for our photos on our wedding day especially the sunset rooftop ones. And she did this all without adding stress to our process and with an easy flow throughout! Her directions for poses during our sessions were efficient, effectively, kind, fun, and easy to follow! She made all portions of the photo experience fun and easy for both wedding day and engagements. Overall I would recommend Julia to anyone looking for a timeless, polished and romantic style of photography, with a phenomenal experience! She truly exceeded all our expectation and we will enjoy our exceptional photos from our special day for years and years to come!

She made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera, which meant so much to us. She elevated everything with her guidance and eye for detail. Her ability to capture meaningful, candid moments throughout the evening was truly special.
On top of all that, her turnaround time was impressively fast, which we deeply appreciated. Every part of working with Julia exceeded our expectations—she was absolutely worth the investment, and we would hire her again in a heartbeat.

during our engagement photos. She had made the photoshoots fun and not awkward. Julia is very professional and experienced photographer. During the wedding, she worked effortlessly with the rest of vendors---especially our videographer. And most importantly she captured the timeless moments.

imately chose Julia based on experience and previous work. My husband and I are pretty awkward when it comes to posing or pictures in general. Julia was reassuring and knew exactly how to position us to make us look like models! To this day, I'm still amazed when I go back to look at those photos. Julia was a dream to work with. If you're searching for a wedding photographer, I guarantee you you won't be disappointed with Julia. Despite having to photograph an non-photogenic awkward couple, Julia worked her magic and made our day so special. Thank you Julia!

was a big deal to us because we have seen the importance of photos through friends of ours getting married and hearing the regret bin hiring someone. Julia has a very keen eye and guides you every step of the way for it appear natural. She wants you to be comfortable and yourselves.

r and we wanted to be able to capture the little moments that make up our big day. After pouring through so many options, we found Julia, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
Julia has a natural ability to embody the delicate balance between being professional and being personal. She worked hand in hand with us, our wedding planner and our videographer to make sure we were staying on track while still being able to be fun, enthusiastic and bring a level of comfort and playfulness that comes through in our pictures.
But her real talent comes from being able to capture raw emotion on the faces and in the hearts of us and our guests. The tears, the laughs, the atmosphere and more were all poured into these photos that each look like they could be in a magazine. We have received so many compliments on our pictures and they are such a beautiful way of reliving these cherished memories with our loved ones who were there and those who couldn’t make it, but now feel like they can share a part in it.
As a photographer, Julia exudes creativity while always keeping an eye out for the candid. As a person, her kindness and love of her art shows in her ability to produce photographs that are timeless and romantic.
You spend a majority of your wedding day with your photographer, and I will always fondly consider Julia to be an essential part of our wedding and the reason we have so many beautiful, tangible memories to look back on.
Julia is a ROCKSTAR! If you don't like having your photo taken (like my new husband and myself), you will love Julia! She makes it so painless and fun!

e wedding to meet with both of us in person so that we would both be comfortable with her before the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, I only knew she was even there when I needed to (for example, when we were doing formal portraits or it was time for sunset photos). Otherwise, herself and her second photographer were invisible. The only reason I know they were at the wedding is that I have already seen in her sneak peek photos that she captured all of the important moments!
She worked beautifully with the other vendors (especially my DOC) and helped make my wedding day relaxing, fun, stress-free and PERFECT! I cannot say enough good things about Julia and her work - I definitely picked the right photographer for the most important event of our lives!
And the photos? GORGEOUS! Both my husband and I have received innumerable compliments on how they turned out and we are two very not photogenic people. I will be forever grateful to Julia for everything she did for me.

before I found Julia and she was the only one that actually looked professional and eye catching. The most expensive photographers do not compare to her work. Julia is organized and attentive to detail. You will not be disappointed with her service, if you choose Julia to capture your wedding! s that would last a lifetime and that we could pass down in our family. Julia makes you a priority! From our first meeting to receiving our final images, Julia was always available and helpful in the entire wedding process. I must have sent her at least 100 e-mails prior to the wedding and she was always quick to respond. When Julia arrived on the day of the wedding, she just fit right into the flow of the day. She rolled with the events of the day, helped keep the timeline going when needed, and actually made me feel like a queen that day! I never once felt like photography time got into the way of the wedding because she incorporated it seamlessly into the timeline. And trust me when I say the timeline and getting enough photo time was one of my most stressful plannings! Julia is well-versed in weddings and was able to provide a lot of insight and guidance before and during the wedding, not just relating to photography. Finally, our biggest reason we chose Julia as our wedding photographer is because of her images. She truly has a unique way of capturing emotions and feelings. I searched over 50 different Dallas photographers and her photography style is the best, by far. My husband and I could not have been any more happier and blessed to have had her as our photographer.

You won't regret working with Julia.

pen to our ideas and my vision for our special day, and she did a great job capturing the special moments. My bridal portraits turned out fabulously, and showcased my dress (which was my mother's and grandmother's) perfectly. On wedding day, Julia and her second photographer were fast-acting and knew exactly which moments to capture; I never had to worry about them missing anything! We had an indoor wedding ceremony and reception, and Julia captured both venues very well. We love our photos and have gotten so many compliments on them from friends and family. She is very sweet and easy to work with, and we received our photos in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend using Julia as your photographer for any special event!
